What is and where are we located? beginnings date back to 1994 (see About us) when we started creating gift and fruit baskets for local customers in our family‘s fruit store in Roeselare, Belgium. Our European warehouse and office are still in Roeselare. We are located close to the French border, and less then 100 miles away from the UK, the Netherlands and Germany. We are located near the European hubs for all of the largest and most reliable shippers in Europe: FedEx, DHL, UPS and more.

We also offer deliveries to non-EU destinations such as Japan, Australia and the USA unique gifts, such as Belgian chocolates, that are difficult or impossible to find locally. In addition we work with a carefully selected network of partners around the world to provide gift delivery at competitive prices.

Our team consists of 30 full-time employees (and growing) in Belgium. In the USA, our main office is located in Chapel Hill, NC. We are here to help you with any overseas gift challenge you may have.

Where do I start?

Before you begin shopping, you first have to choose the country to which you want to send your gift. You also have the option of choosing the currency in which you would like to see the price and pay with on the lower left side of the country page.

Your delivery country is a critical piece of information for our system. By knowing your destination, our database will show you only those gifts that can be delivered to your chosen country. We calculate the shipping costs and determine the final prices with all necessary taxes and duties included in the gift price listed. There are no additional "surprise" charges that come up at the end of your checkout experience.

If you have added a gift to a shopping cart and you would like to send another gift to the same address or to a different address, click on 'add another product' in your shopping cart. Once you have selected all of your gifts, you will be able to enter different addresses, or different recipient names at the same address, during the checkout process. Of course, please never hesitate to ask a question when you have doubts.

What about international shipping? And how are the gifts delivered worldwide?

We show you the shipping costs with the gift price, so there are no surprises at the end of your checkout process. Our European warehouse, specialized in gifts and flowers, is located less than 1 hour away from the main hubs of FedEx, DHL and TNT in Europe. This allows us to offer extremely competitive international shipping rates with reliable service. We also work with selected local partners in countries where it is difficult for us to deliver ourselves. We guarantee their products as we guarantee our own.

We always recommend using a business address for delivery if possible, as we generally require a signature for delivery. Our multi-lingual staff reviews your addresses, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and read like a local would write them. We will also work with our shippers and partners to organize multiple delivery attempts should any problems arise.

We offer gift delivery service Monday through Friday using FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT Express. In France and Belgium we also offer Saturday delivery. Whether you are shipping a gift to Germany, the UK, France or Greece, guarantees that delivery of our world class gifts will be on time and that your gift will be in perfect condition.
